Chef Nandini Kapur
Chef Nandini Kapur is a simple lovable, homely person who brightens the atmosphere with her calm and composed being. She forayed into baking to satiate her deep-rooted passion and love for the same. Armed with an engineering degree, and a short stint with corporates she soon realized that her passion leaned more towards entrepreneurship and baking. She honed her skills and became an ardent student learning all the nuances and science behind baking. She realized that many like her would have similar love and passion. Thus, she started “Bake with Nandini”, simplifying the process involved in baking, sharing all that she learned willingly to anyone ready to explore the many mystical magic of baking. Soon she realized, that she has only scratched the surface of the vast universe of baking and thus upskilled to chocolate making, cake decorations, different types of bread, and another such paraphilia. She has two handsome boys who are her most ardent cheerleader and fan and a very supportive husband who also acts as a sounding board. Chef Nandini loves to travel, explore different cuisines, discover tricks and tips, and bust myths about baking in her free time.
